Hi ladies!
I'm trying every day to get a ticket to US but it's expensive and it's cheaper to buy a round trip than one way, isn't that crazy???..anyway, how will i be able to know when i want to go back to sweden?! hallo!! that's no scence.. so i decided to stay over christmas in US and do a trip or something, we were talking about skiing in california, who wants o join?
my practice is going fine, i try to explore differnt kinds of sports and practice and it's a lot of fun.
This morning i was out on run bf job. It's soooo beautiful. No alex, i don't have an awesome beach to run on but im able to run next to the water all the way. Im looking out over the islands with the beautiful trees and flowers out in the ocean and the water is so calm and blue. After my run i jump from the bridge in the ocean! Then i go back to my house, in the garden, and eat breakfast with "fil" and strawberries (from our garden). I havn't found "fil" in US i don't think u have it there but it's really good. It reminds about youghut but much better.
This evening i was at the gym and did weights. Im sure im sore 2moro..lol
2moro morning i have planned doing hills, but i do have a question, when it says 40 min 20 hills on the schedule, is it first 40 min run and then 20 hills, or 20 hills including in the 40 min?!..
Hopefully i see u all in the beginning of aug, wish me good luck finding a cheap ticket!

When I talked to coach last he said the hill runs were suppose to be 40 minutes with 20 hills within that time... I have just been running up and down a bridge near my house for the full time (making sure that i have completed the amount of hills for that day) and then biking after.

Yes, Brittany is right. 20 Hills are within your 40 minute workout. If it is supposed to be separate it will say so but that is not usually the case. Good Luck with running and returning to the states Bea!
ReplyDeletei live in a rather hilly area. one hill can last for a couple of miles or more, so i just do that w/in my 40 mins.
ReplyDeleteOh! A trip would definitely be fun :) I'm a horrible down-hill-skier though. I almost died in Canada last year when I tried it the first time ;)
ReplyDeleteWell good luck finding a cheap ticket, the apartment won't be complete until you're there! :)
