scary!

i had one of the most nervous days ever at work today...i gave my final presentation to the lead observatory commissioning engineer...basically, he's the guy that decides if i should be invited to come back next year or not. so let's keep our fingers crossed that i sounded impressive enough to merit another summer with them. the only bummer, is that my boss was not present for it, so i have to do it all over again!

therapy is going well. i never realized how bad my hips really were, but they've been giving me all sorts of strength exercises to do and what not, and i've been sore, so i have a pretty good feeling that it is having an effect on me.

and i don't kno if i mentioned this yet...but i get to see the titan rocket on the launchpad at VAFB next week, so i'm pretty excited.
