Yesterday's distance run was the first since I started training that felt good. So now I'm actually excited about training hard, haha
Should I be doing road races at all? I'm assuming not but I was thinking about it since yesterday was the father's day 5/10k.

  1. I think it would be a good idea to do at least one and give yourself sort of a reference point. Use it as motivation for your training. Make sure that when you increase your mileage that you stay on soft surfaces especially for your long runs (dirt, grass, etc).
