sooo, I started this workout thing two weeks behind you guys since my track season was still going on the week everyone started (coaches already know this) and I just started and oh my god, it hurts.
haha. I'm just looking forward to running down there, even though its 20 degrees too hot.

that's funny. i'd kill to be training somewhere other than florida!

and i definitely agree. transition from track speedwork to base training always sucks the first week or so... thank goodness it gets better!
Yeah, don't worry, it will get easier, but make sure to stick with it. If you keep training over the summer great things will happen come cross country season!! I can't wait for the season to start and we all get to train together. That is much easier lol. Have fun!
